These Fujitsu drives will fail without prior problems and for no apparent reason. The symptoms of this common failure include:
- Not recognized in the BIOS
- Recognized incorrectly in the BIOS
- Drive does not spin up
- Drive clicks
The cause of this problem is directly linked to a batch of faulty Cirrus Logic chips which are located on the controller card.
We are able to perform a 100% recovery on all failed fujitsu hard drives displaying these symptoms.
Please feel free to call one of our engineers to discuss this failure further.
“Even though I had tried to recover the data using off the shelf software and failed dismally, partially corrupting the disks in the process, they still managed to recover all of the data that I feared I would never see again. A first class service!” - Robert Ridgway
